Recent Changes

For our egg project me and Bryan are going to use rice, packing peanuts and a capri sun box. We will cut slits into the sides of the box that are about a half inch apart and 2 inches long. This will extend about a third of the way along the box. The next third will be filled with packing peanuts and the final third will be packed with cooked rice in the egg will be placed.

1. What our group did well was we didn't do alot of arguing, we were able to agree on what would be the best way to the tower together. One obstical we had to over come, was our tower being bent. We were able to fix it by taping straws to the side to help renforce the bent straws. Another one was Ryan was not here the last day so Dragan and I had to put the tower up together. We just worked on the two last pieces by oursleves and then connected them to finish the tower.

Hey, Whats up John

Our first design was straw triangles connected by straw colums. We decided to change our design because the straw colums were to thin, and when the tower got taller it would bend completely over and possible break. The new design involves us connecting the triangles to make a square box. This design will work better because its stronger and less likely to bend so it should go very high.
